Prepare for your school's annual science fair with a PVNet internship!
Questions? Send email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact information, and "Science Fair Internship" as the subject. We recommend students bring a parent to PVNet for a tour.
These internships provide students with the following support:
Mentors for the student's project
Presentation & documentation guidance - Mentors will be available to review intern docs & presentations and provide feedback
Free Workshops to help Sci & Eng interns gain needed skills - 3D Printing, lab procedures, CAD, Robotics, Coding, and others
Use of PVNet facilities & equipment - Training will be required and assistance will be provided to interns requesting use of equipment
No charge for up to 20 Hrs. 3D printing & 10 Hrs. laser cutting - Students may request to have their 3D models printed or laser cut. Once the free limit has been met there, will be minimal fees for additional service
DNA PCR, Lab equipment, EEG brainwave equipment, VR systems, etc. - Interns are responsible for material & consumables costs
A place to meet, work, research, think & much more - Interns are encouraged to spend time at PVNet meeting with others.
Students who register for the internship will immediately receive $400 scholarship assistance towards the PVNet registration fee. This opportunity will run so long as funds are available, and will be conducted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
