Internships

Prepare for your school's annual science fair with a PVNet internship!

Questions?  Send email to internship@pvnet.com with your contact information, and "Science Fair Internship" as the subject.  We recommend students bring a parent to PVNet for a tour.

These internships provide students with the following support:​

  • Mentors for the student's project

  • Presentation & documentation guidance - Mentors will be available to review intern docs & presentations and provide feedback

  • Free Workshops to help Sci & Eng interns gain needed skills - 3D Printing, lab procedures, CAD, Robotics, Coding, and others

  • Use of PVNet facilities & equipment - Training will be required and assistance will be provided to interns requesting use of equipment

  • No charge for up to 20 Hrs. 3D printing & 10 Hrs. laser cutting - Students may request to have their 3D models printed or laser cut.  Once the free limit has been met there, will be minimal fees for additional service

  • DNA PCR, Lab equipment, EEG brainwave equipment, VR systems, etc. - Interns are responsible for material & consumables costs

  • A place to meet, work, research, think & much more - Interns are encouraged to spend time at PVNet meeting with others.​

SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE

Students who register for the internship will immediately receive $400 scholarship assistance towards the PVNet registration fee.  This opportunity will run so long as funds are available, and will be conducted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
