What is the AWS internship?

AWS (Amazon Web Services) is the system used to teach interns skills in programming web app architecture, SQL database rendering, version control operation, backend server maintenance and user interface design (UI).

This program is for students in high school and college who want to pursue a career in the software industry. Previously, AWS interns programmed PVNet's registration and internal management software.

Students will have access to the lab throughout the program and attend weekly meetings with instructor and fellow students.

Students may choose to register for a 6 or 12 month internship. Upon the successful completion of each 6 month internship interval, students will receive a WASC accredited high school elective certificate for 15 units. Students may re-register for the internship after initial completion.

Requirements
