SEMINARS BY INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS
Weekday evenings and weekends are most convenient for industry professionals/guest speakers to offer seminars, advice and meet with students to discuss work in their respective fields.

MATERIAL COSTS
For some students, there is a potential for unexpected material costs from student selected designs/inventions
It is understood by all students that there may be unexpected material costs resulting from the dynamic nature of an educational program whereby students are empowered to invent and/or design. It is agreed upon by the Parents of any enrolled student that potential costs under $200 are acceptable as a pre-condition of enrollment, and that prior approval and notification of costs is required only if the total materials fee for a project is known in advance to exceed $200.

FIELDTRIPS
From time to time students will have the opportunity for valuable experience gathering via field trips. Costs for field trips, in the event there are costs, are generally under $50. Interns are given the choice of opting out of a specific field trip if the cost exceeds $50.

OTHER BENEFITS

  • Fieldtrips open only to our interns such as NASA & Google
