Saturday evenings at PVNet are dedicated to helping your organization raise money.
This is a registration form to reserve a date for your fundraising event at PVNet. If you would like to take part in our event, please fill in your details in the form and your spot will be reserved. Event registration must be completed at least a week prior to the event. A $50 refundable deposit is required to make a reservation.* see details below. No cancellation or changes accepted after your have registered your event.
HOW IT WORKS
You select the Saturday that works best for your organization to come to PVNet for a totally unique and incredibly fun filled night of virtual reality gaming for ages 8 - senior.
We will provide you with 50 tickets for you to sell for $10 each.
You must sell a minimum of 20 tickets in order to receive your refundable deposit, otherwise you forfeit your deposit.
40% of each ticket price is returned to your organization. The more ticket you sell the more funds your organization will receive!
You must be sure to pick the right date when you register because afterwards you cannot cancel or change the date without forfeiting your deposit.
PVNet is also a non profit and reserves the right, in the event we have no other option, to make changes to any registered event if necessary without penalty to PVNet.
When ticket purchasers arrive at PVNet they must sign in.
From the calendar below, you may only select dates that fall on a Saturday that have not already been reserved. Saturdays that fall on major holidays are not available.
