PVNET MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
PVNet Education & Technology Center nonprofit (501)(c3) Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement constitutes a binding contract between Member and PVNet upon registration and payment of the initial membership registration fee.
Membership
Any and all membership privileges obtained through this membership agreement may be revoked or changed at any time with prior notice to member.
Member agrees they meet all membership requirements and will notify PVNet if any requirements are not met during the time of the agreement term.
Member agrees to the following:
No cancellation, no refund, no sharing of membership, memberships may not be transferred, unused membership benefits may not be carried forward, it is fully the member's responsibility to schedule use of membership benefits, unused weekly and/or monthly hours cannot be carried forward, members are fully responsible for replacement and/or repair for any damages they cause, PVNet may make changes to classes offered and class schedules if needed, unruly and disruptive behavior by any member will result in ejection of member, repetitive occurrences of ejection will result in immediate cancellation of membership without refund, non-payment of any monthly membership fee prior to the last day of each month will result in frozen membership privileges until payment is received.
Term, Termination, Renewal
This agreement shall remain in effect for term selected by Member until one or more of the following occur:
This membership agreement will automatically renew for the next term unless member notifies PVNet 1 week prior to end of term of Member's intent to not renew
Member fails to meet any requirements of membership.
Notices
Except under extenuating circumstances, any and all communications in regards to this contract shall be delivered in writing timely either personally or by email or USPS certified letter to PVNet. All member notices will be delivered by forms deemed necessary by PVNet.
Any and all legal proceedings sustained from this agreement shall be by binding arbitration set in the jurisdiction of PVNet. This membership agreement sets forth the entire understanding of above mentioned agreement and unless otherwise stated is not inclusive of any oral or prior written agreements. Any modifications or changes to this agreement must be in written form and signed by both parties.
